How to choose the torque limiter of the planetary gearbox?

Update:24-06-2024
Summary:...

The torque limiter of the servo motor planetary gearbox should adjust its elastic potential energy according to the nut and bolt to preset the torque interval. When the torque interval exceeds the preset value, it is locked to limit the torque transmission between the torques. So how should we choose the torque limiter?
1. According to the actual product parameters and load of the planetary gearbox, determine the torque limiter's moving tensile strength, and select the type of torque limiter according to the moving tensile strength.
2. If you don't know the actual product parameters of the machining equipment very well, you can also choose it according to more than 2 times the torque provided by the planetary gearbox.
Planetary gearbox is also called planetary reduction motor, planetary reducer, its operation is actually a kind of driving force transmission framework, which makes full use of the speed converter of the transmission gear to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the desired number of revolutions, thereby obtaining a relatively high torque structure. The gear with fewer teeth on the drive shaft of the planetary gearbox engages the large gear on the output shaft to achieve the actual effect of deceleration. Usually, a planetary gearbox has several groups of gears with the same basic working principle meshing to achieve the expected deceleration effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio. Planets---simply speaking, they revolve around the star system, so planetary reduction motors are actually like this, with a reduction mechanism in which three planetary gears revolve around a sun gear.
